PRODUCTION MACHINING

At 4 Flutes Machining, we specialize in precision production machining, delivering high-quality, repeatable parts at scale. With robotically loaded 5-axis machining cells and pallet-changing horizontal machining centers, we optimize efficiency for both high-mix, low-volume and low-mix, high-volume production runs.

CAD/CAM

By turning sketches into 3D models, we specialize in bringing concepts to life with our extensive CAD design services. We then take your design and create tool paths and G-codes for machinery to follow. Out of AS9100D Scope.
